K120S

The Master K120S is an amazingly powerful and compact sized family of programmable logic controllers. Suitable for systems with up to 120 I/O points, they offer extremely high processing speeds. Extensive built-in functions and many versatile extension modules make them the best partner in price and performance.

They consist of a main controller module (brick-type), which incorporates power supply, CPU, I/O and communications in a single housing. They can be DIN-Rail or surface mounted. Their application range is further enhanced by the ability to add expansion modules to further increase I/O count, add analog inputs, include real-time-clock capability and permit a wide variety of communications protocols.

K200S

The Master K200S family of Programmable Logic Controllers provide a quality product offering at an affordable price. They are the ideal choice for small to medium control systems (up to 384 points) that require high speed processing (0.5 micro-sec/step).

They consist of a Base Board (back-plane), onto which a Power Supply Module, CPU Module, and one or more I/O Modules, Special Function Modules, or Communications Modules are mounted.

XGB PLC 2

The XGB Series is truly an All-In-One PLC offering next generation technology. It is a micro PLC that offers maximum automation at minimum cost. With is high performance and functionality, it can support simple control to highly complex tasks. Its advanced CPU offers 60nsec/step processing speed and can support floating point math.

The units consist of a DIN-Rail mounted controller, containing CPU, Power Supply, and built-in I/O. Up to seven expansion modules for additional I/O, Special Functions or Communications can be added. The XGB Series offers an extremely compact size, yet can support a maximum I/O count of 480 points

The XGT Series of Programmable Controllers offer the ultimate in speed, scale and functionality.

Fast CPU processing speeds (28ns/step), maximum 32,768 point I/O count and 64k step memory, make them the optimum solution for medium to large scale systems.

XGT Panel

The XGT Series Operator Interface Panels are high quality, compact and cost effective devices which permit operators to monitor and supervise the functions of one or more programmable logic controllers.

They offer a 192 x 64, back-lit, dot-matrix display capable of displaying up to 4 lines of text, alarm messages, graphics, bar, trend and pie graphs as well as animations.

Eight user-defined function keys are provided for ease of operation. Two models are available: the XP10KA/DC and the XP10KB/DC which includes a real-time-clock.

In addition, two independent communication channels (RS-232C and RS-422/485) are provided standard. A configurable audible tone is available to signal alerts or announce alarms.

SMART IO 2

Smart I/O Modules provide remote digital I/O, thus allowing expansion or distribution of I/O.

They are available to communicate with remote masters independently (without power or CPU).

The Smart Link Boards provide a simplified, time reducing, and cost effective method to make wiring terminations to PLC modules that use either 37-pin or 40-pin mass termination connectors.

They consist of a DIN-rail mounted screw-type terminal board with housing which is connected, via a 1 or 2 meter cable to the individual PLC module.

The terminal housings are available in two types, the SLP-T40P which is basically a ‘straight-thru’ circuit design, and the SLP-RY4A which includes 32 electromechanical relays and is used specifically with G6Q-TR4A, 32 point transistor output module (NPN).
